In the jungles of northern Peru works a group with a mission: to promote spiritual and physical well-being among the Peruvian populations. Peru Projects fulfills this mission in a variety of ways. Their air program provides transportation for mission personnel, Bible workers, and volunteers, in addition to evacuating people with medical emergencies and providing for other urgent needs to remote communities. Their medical missionary launch travels along the Amazon and Ucayali rivers providing free health education, basic medical care, dental extractions, Bible studies, and evangelistic meetings.
Experience may include:
- Helping with health education talks
- Door-to-door visits doing health inventories and health education
- Assisting in Medical consults
- Door-to-door visits inviting for evangelistic meetings
- Children’s ministry
- Special music
- Leading out areas in the church
